A product manager who keeps ending up where the operations are fragmented and the stakes are high.
My work spans enterprise data platforms, financial infrastructure, and AI-enabled products — most recently at Equifax, building the observability layer that governs how data pipelines and AI agents are trusted at scale. Earlier in my career, that same instinct showed up in logistics and telecom: modernizing port operations across four sites, and improving how people onboard onto IoT services across Europe.
How I think about building products
The requests that matter most rarely arrive labeled that way. A business unit asks for a specific report; a governance team asks for a specific view. The interesting product work is figuring out which of those asks are actually evidence of a shared, structural need — and building for that, rather than answering each request as its own project. That's been true whether the fragmentation was data quality across business units, AI agents built independently by different teams, or terminal operations across four ports each with their own priorities.
I'm especially drawn to platform problems — products that create shared capabilities other teams and workflows can build on. Most of my recent work sits at the intersection of data platforms, AI evaluation, and financial infrastructure, but the pattern holds across domains: whenever a lot of people depend on something being reliable, and no one quite owns making it reliable, that's usually where I want to be.
The path here
The throughline across my career has been taking on operations with more stakeholders, more complexity, and higher stakes each time — from network performance reporting, to IoT onboarding, to running product for physical port operations, to building the data and AI governance layer for one of the major consumer credit bureaus.
